As the Company’s “Managing Partner”, I devote my time and effort to my valued clients, our Company Brokers and the management of our office. With 32 years of residential and commercial experience, I bring an ethical and balanced perspective to each and every transaction and always treat my clients and fellow Realtors with respect and integrity. We play hockey every chance we get! What goes around, comes around. Eh? |

I believe that my background has uniquely prepared me to be a very valuable asset to those that are making the all important decisions about their personal home. My primary goal in working with folks in my capacity as a Realtor, is to help to make an enjoyable experience out of the process of either buying or selling their home. My pledge is to approach every transaction with the same care as if I were buying or selling my own home. I take this approach so that I can be comfortable that I have done the best job that I know how in helping folks with one of the most important financial, and at times personal, decisions that they may ever make. |

| Sarah Larrabee 303-579-2515 sarahblarrabee@hotmail.com | Sarah Larrabee Sarah B. Larrabee comes to Goodacre and Company after a twelve years in real estate in Boulder privately and at Four Star Realty. Those were great days to start investing in Boulder and Sarah was able to build a portfolio of properties that gave her a great enthusiasm for real estate and the experience needed to handle every imaginable situation that could arise! From the search through the negotiation, from the successful completion of the purchase/sale on to developing a beneficial overall real estate strategy, Sarah works tirelessly to help you identify and accomplish YOUR goals. Many of her clients have reached financial independence through real estate as well as being able to buy the home of their dreams! She attended the University of Colorado and the University of Lausanne, Switzerland, earning a Bachelor's degree in French with minor studies in Political Science and English Literature. Jane opened and managed a successful Boulder travel agency before entering the real estate industry in 1980. She founded Meridian Properties, Incorporated in 1984. During the past 28 years, Jane has worked in all areas of Boulder's real estate market but specializes in valuing, marketing and selling the community's finer homes. She enjoys a well-earned and widespread reputation for professionalism, discretion, confidentiality and, above all, a devotion to client service. In August of 2008, two of Boulder’s most recognized names in real estate, Meridian Properties and Goodacre & Co., joined forces to form one of the region’s strongest high-end residential companies. The combined firms, representing nearly half the local market share in residential transactions over $1.5 million, will merge under the Goodacre name. Jane felt it made sense to join forces with long-time colleagues and friendly competitors, Bill and Tim Goodacre. “Both of us found, culturally, we are very well aligned.” Jane and her husband Dick thoroughly enjoy the active Colorado lifestyle and are avid skiers, joggers and cyclists. Jane continues to support breast cancer research. A portion of every commission earned is contributed to, among others, the University of Colorado Research Center and the Susan B. Over 12 years in the business I have a good working knowledge of residential and commercial negotiations, title complexities, utilities, encroachments, appraisals, zoning, inspections, water rights, wells, septic systems, and county regs regarding rural properties. I have a broad experience of urban residential and rural properties throughout Boulder County, central Denver and Larimer County. Living in Eldorado Springs with my husband, Alan Brown, who is an architect, and our Irish Setter, Roy, I truly understand why people want to live in Colorado. I hike the trails daily taking in the beauty of Boulder County and I never take for granted the pleasure of living here. Jeannine Fox and I are very pleased to be together again as the Fox-Den Team bringing many years of experience and diversity of talents to each real estate transaction... "We pride ourselves in our attention to detail, our communication skills, our professionalism and our passion for working to help people achieve their dreams of buying and selling real estate." . |
| Beau Burris Broker Associate 303-880-1132 Beau@goodacreproperties.com | Beau Burris I have lived in the Boulder area my entire life. There is no where I would rather live. I started purchasing investment properties in Boulder in my early 20’s and Boulder real estate has proven to be my most profitable financial venture. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Business degree in Financial Management. I have spent a great deal of time learning Boulder property values and studying local real estate trends. My experience in property management and property re-development has helped me to be able to analyze personal residents in addition to investment properties. I have acquired a great deal of knowledge in all areas of home construction. I look at every home discerningly, as if it were going to be a purchase for myself. I love Colorado so much. Fortunately for me, all of my family still lives here. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and we never have a shortage of things to do. I spend my free time boating, skiing, ski-mountaineering, running, climbing, hiking, gymnastics, diving, amongst other types of exercise. |
