| Sarah Larrabee 303-579-2515 sarahblarrabee@hotmail.com | Sarah Larrabee Sarah B. Larrabee comes to Goodacre and Company after twelve years in real estate in Boulder privately and at Four Star Realty. Prior to that, she enjoyed investing in houses for rental income or renovating and reselling. Does anyone else remember non-qualifying assumable FHA loans in Boulder? Those were great days to start investing in Boulder and Sarah was able to build a portfolio of properties that gave her a great enthusiasm for real estate and the experience needed to handle every imaginable situation that could arise! From the search through the negotiation, from the successful completion of the purchase/sale on to developing a beneficial overall real estate strategy, Sarah works tirelessly to help you identify and accomplish YOUR goals. Many of her clients have reached financial independence through real estate as well as being able to buy the home of their dreams! Sarah's business background is a bit different: After graduating from Wellesley College in the 60's, she embarked on a journey around the world studying anthropology and philosophy. Working with other cultures so engaged her that she began an adventure travel company -before they were in vogue!- and took fellow explorers on treks in the Himalayas, snorkeling in Sri Lanka, horseback riding in Afghanistan, cycling in Burgundy- you get the picture. Helping Tibetan refugees establish their handwork sales led naturally into an import business, which she ran along with the travel business. Sarah has lived in Boulder for 30 years, has raised her daughter here, knows the territory well, and just loves connecting people and homes! |

Nanner Fisher 720-771-7823 nannerfisher@gmail.com | Nanner Fisher I moved to Colorado from Pennsylvania in 1983 to attend the University of Colorado in Boulder. In 1990, I married my husband, Tom and we bought our first home together that same year. I knew as soon as I started the looking process that real estate was the career for me. Six months later I had my license (as well as my GRI designation) and was busy selling real estate. Over the past 20 years I have raised 3 beautiful girls and helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes all over the county. When working with you as a Seller, I am meticulous and thorough and I put in the extra effort that is needed in today’s market to get your home sold. Buying and selling your home can be a very stressful time and I pride myself on reducing the stress for you as well as for the people on the other side of the transaction. I am a strong yet friendly negotiator and I will work hard to make every closing a happy occasion. I specialize in residential properties but, having a horse boarding farm of my own, I also work in horse properties and large acreage. | Wendy Kahn 303-579-4676 wkahn11@comcast.net
| Wendy Kahn Wendy Kahn has been a Realtor in Boulder since 1984. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the Indiana University School of Business she moved to Boulder to be near family. Starting in the commercial field, Wendy built the financial background so critical to real estate but realized that there was an emotional aspect to residential real estate that she understood and for which she had an intrinsic feel. Wendy’s listing process focuses on advising and assisting Sellers in preparing their homes for sale through thoughtful and mindful clearing of possessions, arranging furniture and accenting assets in an effort to compete in the marketplace. She profoundly researches history and competition to determine the highest price that a home will sell. Once listed she provides a steady stream of marketing via varied advertising and community outreach for that home such as print advertising, frequent internet presence, newsletters, and target mailings. Wendy’s work with buyers includes a comprehensive interview to determine a buyer’s wants and needs. Once armed with this information she will use systematic and vigilant searches of the Multiple Listing Service and pursue progressive search methods such as mailing target neighborhoods and making personal phone calls to other agents and homeowners for that one special, hard-to-find home. Devoted to giving back to her community, Wendy has done fundraising for Collage Children’s Museum, Colorado Music Festival, I Have A Dream Foundation, Jarrow Montessori, There With Care, and the United States Cycling Monument. She has been on the Housing Committee for The Conference On World Affairs at the University of Colorado since 1987. She has served on the board for I Have A Dream Foundation and is a founding member of the Advisory Board for There With Care. Wendy enjoys all aspects of the real estate industry and looks forward to working with you in tackling your specific challenges with dynamism and creativity. |
