They stand by the name that has simply made them, the good choice in Boulder real estate.
Personalized Service, Professional Results
My personal experiences from living in the Boulder area for over 35 years have me thoroughly convinced that this is one of the greatest areas of the country in which to live. In the period of those 35 some years, I’ve experienced many wonderful aspects of life in this area with my family, which now consists of my wife of 30 years and our two grown sons.
After a highly successful upper management career of over 20 years in the hi-tech manufacturing arena, in 2001 I entered the fascinating profession of helping clients buy, sell, and develop real estate in the Boulder Area. My previous career’s responsibilities focused primarily on organization, problem solving, and high level negotiations, all skills that have proven invaluable in my real estate career.
In 2010 I became Managing Broker at Goodacre & Co., which offers me the opportunity to learn even more about our industry, as well as to share my experience throughout our great team of broker associates.
My primary goal in working with folks in my capacity as a Realtor, is to help to make an enjoyable experience out of the process of either buying or selling their home, and to remove as much of the burden of the process from my clients as possible. My pledge is to approach every transaction with the same care as if I were buying or selling my own home. I take this approach so that I can be comfortable that I have done the best job that I know how in helping folks with one of the most important financial, and personal, decisions that they may ever make.
In 1980, I left the travel business, entered the real estate industry, took out a third mortgage on my home and co-founded Meridian Properties Inc. As a good friend said ‘ there is no greater motivator than fear!’. Over the years, Meridian emerged as Boulder’s leading high end residential real estate boutique, owned, managed and run by women. The company’s success was due to its focus upon providing clients with its hallmark : valued advice over 35 years of outstanding service.
In 2008,enticed by an offer no one could refuse, I merged Meridian with Goodacre and Company, owned by my good friends and competitors, Tim and Bill Goodacre. Today the combined firms enjoy a commanding share of Boulder’s upper end real estate market. I continue my focus on Boulder’s finer residences and luxury properties. The clients I serve demand the highest and best.
Integrity : Knowledge of the market: Valuation skills: Attention to detail and Creative Web Based Marketing Expertise
My clients gain access to my extensive knowledge of Boulder’s real estate infrastructure, including leading real estate attorneys, appraisers, inspectors, title companies and tradesman. As Boulder’s international reputation has grown, so has the character of my practice, including successful transactions for discerning clients from throughout the continental US, Alaska. Australia, England, France, Switzerland, Africa, Scotland and Hong Kong. The interests of my clients are paramount and my commitment to their success is unwavering.
I owe a large part of my professional success to my passion for the Boulder area. Having lived here for nearly 20 years, there is no better advisor to educate you on the lifestyle, neighborhoods and ins-and-outs of this one-of-a-kind city.
As a former professional tri-athlete and cyclist as well as an avid skier, I am familiar with all the things that make Boulder special to outdoor enthusiasts. As a longtime resident and graduate of the University of Colorado at Boulder, I have also become well integrated within the Boulder community.
My civic alliances include long standing friendships with local business owners, membership in the local Rotary Club and philanthropic support for the Humane Society of Boulder Valley along with Boulder Pride.
I have also owned, renovated and built new homes in the Boulder area as well as beach front homes in Florida, and understand the impact and enormity of these kinds of investments.
Simply put, I am able to be more than a real estate agent for my clients. I am an experienced guide to the Boulder community.

Moving to Boulder from Chicago in the early 80’s was a brilliant and no regrets decision. Boulder is most remarkable part of the world and I feel delighted daily to be a part of this exciting community.
My degree in social work from the University of Chicago offered me a wonderful early career as a medical social worker at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver. The skills of negotiating, counseling, problem solving and advocacy translated quite well to my success in a second career as a Boulder realtor.
I can honestly say that helping people buy and sell their homes is a most gratifying pursuit. There is great fun and satisfaction in successfully moving people through the challenges of real estate changes. Many of my clients have become friends and I greatly value a business built on relationships and community.

I moved to Colorado from Pennsylvania in 1983 to attend the University of Colorado in Boulder. In 1990, I married my husband, Tom and we bought our first home together that same year. I knew as soon as I started the looking process that real estate was the career for me. Six months later I had my license (as well as my GRI designation) and was busy selling real estate. Over the past 20 years I have raised 3 beautiful girls and helped hundreds of people buy and sell their homes all over the county. When working with you as a Buyer my philosophy is to take the time that is needed to make sure the house does more than meet your physical list of requirements; I want it to be the house that feels right, the house that will be your home. When working with you as a Seller, I am meticulous and thorough and I put in the extra effort that is needed in today’s market to get your home sold. Buying and selling your home can be a very stressful time and I pride myself on reducing the stress for you as well as for the people on the other side of the transaction. I am a strong yet friendly negotiator and I will work hard to make every closing a happy occasion. I specialize in residential properties but, having a horse boarding farm of my own, I also work in horse properties and large acreage. Whatever your real estate needs, please call me to get the job done with professionalism and a smile. Thanks, I look forward to hearing from you!
I have lived in the Boulder area my entire life. There is no where I would rather live. I started purchasing investment properties in Boulder in my early 20’s and Boulder real estate has proven to be my most profitable financial venture. I graduated from the University of Colorado with a Business degree in Financial Management.
I have spent a great deal of time learning Boulder property values and studying local real estate trends. My experience in property management and property re-development has helped me to be able to analyze personal residents in addition to investment properties. I have acquired a great deal of knowledge in all areas of home construction. I look at every home discerningly, as if it were going to be a purchase for myself.
I love Colorado so much. Fortunately for me, all of my family still lives here. I enjoy spending time with my friends and family and we never have a shortage of things to do. I spend my free time boating, skiing, ski-mountaineering, running, climbing, hiking, gymnastics, diving, amongst other types of exercise.

Being born and raised in Boulder, I am very familiar with everything this great city has to offer as well as the surrounding areas. I graduated from Monarch High School in 2006 and became a licensed real estate agent at the age of 18. I then went to college at Metro State in Denver to pursue a degree in Marketing and International Studies. I have worked at Goodacre and Company since 2012 and have gained tremendous experience along the way. I also have experience in HOA Management as well as Leasing.
My love, knowledge and passion for the Boulder area is my greatest asset to the business of Real Estate. I have lived in Boulder for 32 years, with a minor stint in Durango, CO, where I received my ECE teaching license. I taught in Boulder for roughly 8 years. I felt myself being pulled in a new direction towards Real Estate and Interior Design. In 2011, I purchased a home in downtown Boulder and fell in love with the whole process; from searching for a home with my realtor, learning the market, creating the vision and the contractual purchasing process. Immediately after purchase, I beautifully remodeled the home and turned it around for an incredible profit 5 years later. During that time, I met my wonderful husband and his two sons, and we welcomed our son, Douglas in to the world in August 2016.
I have a fierce passion for helping people find and create their vision. Whether you are looking for your luxury home, your starter home, a fixer upper, a fix and flip or income property, I can help you fulfill your vision and your endless possibilities.
I grew up in Fairfield, CT and although I love the east coast, I always had an interest in moving “west.” In 2006, I made the decision to move to Boulder and loved it immediately. I had a feeling I was never moving back to CT and started to set down roots, purchasing my first home, a condo, in downtown Boulder in 2009. It was a labor of love, remodeling the entire place room by room. While living in the condo, I got engaged & married to my now husband, Brian, a CU Boulder grad. Ready to start a family with more space, we sold the condo for a great profit (thanks to Bill Goodacre, our REALTOR® at the time) and purchased a home in the Gunbarrel area of Boulder. The process of buying, remodeling, & then selling made me realize how much I enjoy all things “home” from decor, to home remodels, to real estate.
I decided to follow this passion of all things “home” and left my corporate marketing job to begin a career in real estate. With over 13 years experience in business & marketing, I look at real estate in a different way than most. The job of a real estate broker is to market real property. I believe as a real estate broker, you need to know marketing, how to drive demand, and how to generate leads. This is my background and my innovative marketing approach helps my clients reach their real estate goals, whether they are looking to buy or sell.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my sweet son Owen, born in July 2016, my husband, and our crazy yellow lab, Bogey. We try to spend time in Breckenridge when we can to hike in the summer & ski in the winter. We love to travel – from far away travels like our honeymoon in South Africa to staying in the country to visit our sets of parents in MA or CT. I love being part of the RallySport gym in Boulder and try to get outside on bikes, hikes, or runs when I can to enjoy all that Boulder has to offer.
