Moving to Boulder from Chicago in the early 80’s was a brilliant and no regrets decision. Boulder is most remarkable part of the world and I feel delighted daily to be a part of this exciting community.
My degree in social work from the University of Chicago offered me a wonderful early career as a medical social worker at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Denver. The skills of negotiating, counseling, problem solving and advocacy translated quite well to my success in a second career as a Boulder realtor.
I can honestly say that helping people buy and sell their homes is a most gratifying pursuit. There is great fun and satisfaction in successfully moving people through the challenges of real estate changes. Many of my clients have become friends and I greatly value a business built on relationships and community.
I am fluent in the language of loans, appraisal, inspection, counter proposal, staging, pricing, etc. I have earned the Certified Residential Specialist and GRI designation, both providing deeper knowledge in the real estate field. I work hard for my clients with a goal of providing an informed, profitable and stress limited transaction.
I live happily with my husband and labradoodle in the new Holiday Neighborhood in an all solar powered home. We enjoy hiking, camping, biking and skiing throughout the Colorado, Utah and New Mexico region and continue to be astonished at our good fortune
I bring focus, diligence, thoughtfulness and care to the contract with my clients, please contact me if this seems a fit.
